Here is a summary of the improvements in Double-Cut v2:

• New and more powerful cutting and healing algorithm
• Bottom wall face at door openings is no longer visible
• Cutting components can now be inserted and glued onto groups and components, not just directly on faces
• Walls comprised of multiple layers can now be cut as long as each layer is inside a separate group
• Using the main menu or context menu, you can set the maximum cut depth as well as set a forward cutting depth
• Section cut fills now work as expected when they intersect an opening made by Double-Cut
• Explode for section cuts feature from v1 is now removed since it is no longer needed due to the new cutting algorithm
